Come and See

John 1:35-51

When the evidence is available, when witnesses are accessible, and when suspects are willing to talk, there’s nothing like seeing for yourself. Cold-case investigators don’t have that luxury. They can’t always examine the physical evidence, or even talk to witnesses or suspects who may be inaccessible or have passed away. The text we’ll examine next time chronicles the first contact Jesus has with five men who later became apostles. These men were looking for the Messiah and checked Jesus against the evidence of the OT Scriptures, come and see what that evidence led them to conclude about Jesus.

A Case for the Trinity

A Case For

In recent messages, we’ve looked at “A Case for God” and “A Case for the God of the Bible.” By exploring the evidence we’ve seen that an intelligent being we call “God” was the cause of our universe and everything in it. This one all-powerful, all-knowing, independent being matches the one God presented in the Bible. So where did the idea that God is three persons come from? Listen as Pastor Tim makes “A Case for the Trinity.”
